Meeting Management

Every meeting is unique. From selecting a site to finalizing the speakers, hundreds of variables could affect the outcome. Through more than 30 years of meeting management experience, we have fine-tuned a system that limits the impact of those variables to improve the probability of success. We will designate a meeting manager who is best suited to meet your meeting needs and goals to coordinate the meeting planning and marketing phases, as well as provide on-site logistical support during and after the meeting. In addition, the meeting manager will: oversee site selection; negotiate hotel contracts; develop budgets as needed; coordinate faculty logistics; assist with the production of the program books; schedule and host pre-meeting briefings with outside suppliers; manage our personnel in all onsite activities; and prepare, distribute and tabulate a program evaluation.
